Shipping
- Nationwide doorstep delivery across Pakistan in 2 to 5 business days.
- Free shipping on orders over Rs 3,300.
- Below that, delivery is a flat Rs 250 nationwide.
- A service charge of 4% of items (after discount) is shown at checkout before you confirm.
- The exact amount is always shown at checkout before you place the order.
- Orders are processed within 24 hours, Monday to Saturday.
Returns
We want you to love what you receive. Unopened products may be returned within 2 to 3 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method. For hygiene reasons, used items cannot be returned unless faulty.
